Siri puts things into Re­min­ders; you’ll have to sync your Re­min­ders with iC­loud and launch Om­ni­Fo­cus so it can cap­ture them from iC­loud. (We don’t have ac­cess to the local Re­min­ders da­ta­ba­se on the device.)
